A reservation is usually made in writing, by letter, fax or email. The exclusive basis of every reservation is the acceptance of the travel conditions in the current price list, which also replaces all previous publications.

To secure your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 10% of the total price. Please indicate your cash on delivery and the travel period. The final invoice must be paid in cash, with an EC card or by credit card (we accept all major credit cards) or by bank transfer before departure. Please enter a note with your surname and travel period.

cancellation fees:

In case of cancellation we charge the following fees from the total price:
Until 30 days before arrival: 10%
30 to 8 days before arrival: 50%
From 7 days before the planned arrival date 90%

We would be happy to arrange a pick-up service from the airport or train station.

For the well-being of everyone, our apartments are managed as non-smoking rooms. You are welcome to enjoy your cigarette or cigar on your terrace.

Bookings are possible from 2 nights, but we would like to point out that a higher minimum stay can be stipulated during high season (Christmas and New Year) and for events.
